CGM48 (short for Chiang Mai) is a Thai idol group and the 7th international sister group sister group of AKB48 and the first national sister group of BNK48. The 1st generation members were announced on October 26, 2019.

Overview
- The logo color is based on the image of a forest in Chiang Mai, which is full of nature.
- CGM48 is a sister group of AKB48 and BNK48. This is the first time that a second group has been established in the same country among AKB48 Groups outside Japan.
- The group is also known as "sī cī xĕmfor̒ tī xet" (ซีจีเอ็มโฟร์ตีเอต), which is their name in Thai.
- Since July 10, 2019 their current group captain is Aom.
