She was in her high school soccer club. According to theater manager Hosoi Takahiro, she is good at both sports and studying, and has a big love for AKB48.
She enrolled in Tokyo Gakugei University in 2021. She took a gap year between high school and university to study for the entrance exam, but she was an active AKB48 member the entire time.

She made several appearances on ABC Radio "Shimizu Akihiro's Road to Pass", a radio show about studying for school classes. She discussed her study methods such as taking notes in blue and green pen, self-affirmation, and cutting off entertainment activities to focus on schoolwork.
She was very fond of the T-shirt sold for Asai Nanami’s 2017 Seitansai (Birthday celebration). She liked the shirt so much that she wore it almost constantly for a full year. Her mother even tried to hide the shirt because she thought Haruka was wearing it too much.

2016

On October 16th, passed the auditions for AKB48's 16th Generation.
On December 8th, was unveiled as a member of AKB48.

2017

On February 11th, had her theater debut with AKB48's 16th Generation Kenkyuusei stage.
On April 11th, had her first appearance on AKBINGO!.
On July 28th, was part of the shonichi performance for AKB48's Let's Go Kenkyuusei! stage.
On August 30th, was part of her first song, Dakitsukouka?, on the group's 49th single ＃SukiNanda.
On December 8th, at the AKB48 12th Anniversary Shuffle, it was announced she would be a kenkyuusei bound exclusively to Murayama Team 4.

2018

On May 4th, appeared in the shonichi performance of AKB48's Idol Shuugyouchuu♡.
On June 19th, had her final appearance on AKBINGO!.
On July 7th, was part of the senshuuraku performance for AKB48's Let's Go Kenkyuusei! stage.

2019

On May 13th, was officially promoted to Murayama Team 4.

2021

On December 8th, at the AKB48 16th Anniversary Team Shuffle, it was announced she would stay with Kuranoo Team 4.

2022

On April 4th, was part of the senshuuraku performance for Team 4's Te wo Tsunaginagara stage.
On April 19th, was part of the shonichi performance for Team 4's Thumbnail stage.
On July 2nd and 9th, appeared in episodes 7 and 8 of AKB48 no Uta (AKB48の歌).

2023

On April 20th, participated in AKB48's audition show OUT OF 48. She also sang the theme song Your Super Girl.
On October 17, transferred to AKB48 Regular Members after the disbandment of Team 4.

2024

On March 17th, at the AKB48 Spring Concert 2024 in Pia Arena MM announced her transfer to KLP48.
On May 31st, held her send-off at the AKB48 Theater before her transfer to KLP48.
