Flying Get is AKB48's 22nd Major Single, 24th Overall and 13th since their label change to KING RECORDS. This single features the Senbatsu elected by the fans in the 3rd Senbatsu Election, with Maeda Atsuko as center of the single.
The title track was used as the theme song for the drama Hanazakari no Kimitachi e ~Ikemen☆Paradise~ 2011, featuring members Maeda Atsuko, Kashiwagi Yuki, Ichikawa Miori, Oba Mina and Nagao Mariya.
Flying Get won 2011 Japan Record Award.
