- She was not selected at the AKB48 Group Draft Kaigi 2015. In January 2017 she wrote in her blog that the experience was painful for her. She recalls her parents giving her a bouquet to comfort her, but she cried too much to acknowledge it. After failing the Draft Kaigi, she was determined to not give up and began to take dance lessons to polish her skills.
- She was inspired to become an idol after learning about Itano Tomomi and the 48 groups.
- She recalled seeing Gomen ne, Summer performed on TV when she was in elementary school, and practiced the dance while she was preparing for her SKE48 audition.
- She is good friends with Nomura Miyo, as the two were both in the AKB48 Group Draft Kaigi 2015 together.
- On December 2, 2021, she announced on her Twitter and blog that she would change her light stick colors from yellow-green and pink to pink and pink, Takeuchi Saki's light stick colors before graduating.
