General Information

Koko ni Ita Koto is the first original studio album (third in total) released by AKB48. It was released in three versions: a limited CD+DVD edition, a regular CD+DVD edition, and a limited CD-only theater edition. The limited CD+DVD edition was housed in a special box with a 100-page photobook shot by Ninagawa Mika (the director of the "Heavy Rotation" PV), one photo randomly chosen from 14 types, and a lottery ticket for an AKB48 special present. The regular CD+DVD edition came with 14 alternate covers, and the theater edition came with a handshake/photo event ticket and a photo of an AKB48 member chosen at random.

The album was originally scheduled to be released on April 6, but it was postponed until June 8 due to the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami.
