Team 4 is AKB48 4th Team. Currently (December 2015) the Team has 20 members, Takahashi Juri is the Captain and Owada Nana the Vice-Captain.

December 8 - Nagao Mariya, Nakamura Mariko, Yamauchi Suzuran, Shimada Haruka, Takeuchi Miyu, Oba Mina, Shimazaki Haruka, Mori Anna are promoted to a unknown Team

February 12 - Nakamata Shiori promoted
May 30 - Ichikawa Miori promoted
June 6 - Team 4 is officially formed
June 24 -
- Abe Maria and Iriyama Anna promoted
- Oba Mina choosen as captain of the Team
September 2 - Oba Mina is suspended
- Mori Anna graduates from AKB48
- Shimada Haruka is choosen as a temporary captain.
October 10 - Shonichi of Team 4 1st Stage

January 4 - Oba Mina reinstated as captain
March 13 - Iwata Karen, Kato Rena, Kawaei Rina, Takahashi Juri, Tano Yuuka promoted
August 24 - Tokyo Dome Team Shuffle (Team 4 official disband)
- Iriyama Anna, Iwata Karen, Kawaei Rina, Takahashi Juri, Tano Yuka and Nakamata Shiori transferred to Team A
- Abe Maria, Shimada Haruka and Nagao Mariya transferred to Team K
- Ichikawa Miori, Oba Mina, Kato Rena, Shimazaki Haruka, Takeuchi Miyu, Nakamura Mariko and Yamauchi Suzuran transferred to Team B
October 25 - Shenshuuraku of Team 4 1st Stage

August 24 - Team 4 is formed with 16 members: Aigasa Moe, Iwatate Saho, Umeta Ayano, Okada Ayaka, Kitazawa Saki, Shinozaki Ayana, Takashima Yurina, Murayama Yuiri, Mogi Shinobu, Hashimoto Hikari, Kojima Mako, Maeda Mitsuki, Nishino Miki, Okada Nana, Uchiyama Natsuki, Minegishi Minami
- Minegishi Minami choosen as captain of the Team.

February 24 - AKB48 Group Daisokaku Matsuri (Minegishi Team 4)
- Minegishi Minami choosen as the captain of the Team
- Kizaki Yuria choosen as the vice-captain
- Okawa Rio, Komiyama Haruka, Sato Kiara, Tsuchiyasu Mizuki and Mukaichi Mion promoted
- Kotani Riho and Shibuya Nagisa to have concurrent positions in Team 4
- Omori Miyu, Kato Rena, Kobayashi Marina and Sasaki Yukari transferred to Team 4
- Aigasa Moe and Kojima Mako transferred to Team K
- Uchiyama Natsuki, Umeta Ayano and Hashimoto Hikari transferred to Team B
- Takashima Yurina transferred to Team KII
- Kizaki Yuria transferred to AKB48 (Team 4)
- December 27 - Takashima Yurina graduates from AKB48
