The image of Memi is just after she has shown how she would ask her parents for money. She ended it with a wink, lol. The on-screen title says: "The final weapon explodes!" ("family heirloom sword" = unstoppable weapon). Next on-screen title is: "Don't wink at your parents!"

Hinanonano was quiet, contained and capable. She may have felt nervous, but hid it well. The dokkiri went by a bit too quickly, but that would have been easier on Hinano. The show was so entertaining it seemed to pass in a flash. Welcome, Nano-chan!

She was in the Art Club at school, like Memi. When she winked (awkwardly but cutely), Memi pretended (?) to be upset (puffed cheeks) at her using Memi's trick.

 

The new members in other groups only get a few minutes to introduce themselves but Hinanonano gets an entire episode devoted to her.

 

The advantage of being a one woman generation.
Didn't understand much without subtitles, but I can already tell she will be a great addition to the team.

 

She deserves and the time (short to me) worth it. Even with her nervousness, she did it well.

I've translated Hinano-chan's personal questionnaire over in her thread. I've also linked to the questionnaires done by all the other members on the show last spring. She made a great impression: nervous but bold.

masssterchief just released it this morning.

 

This week episode was like a comedy class, where Kasuga teach member how to do correct tsukkomi using Kinnikuman term.
Memi, Konoka, and Nao is beautiful as always. Love them.

 

This is not about the show, exactly, but Friday magazine is publishing an account of following Kasuga-san and discovering that he was staying at his girl-friend's apartment. The piece goes on to say that they are both 40, that he met her five years ago at a drinking party of some friends, and that she works in a dog cafe. And that they are planning to get married. His friends in show business know about her, and once when they followed her it ended up with Kasuga and her parents joining her for her birthday party. Anyway, even more-or-less middle-aged comedians can be followed about by "journalists." But the results will not be as severe as they are for young idols. I believe Wakabayashi is already married.

Let me know if you think this doesn't belong here, but I found it interesting, in several ways.

 

Is she that Kumi-san?

 

I don't get the reference, but they are referring to her as "K-san."
