- Her first solo photobook was supposed to be released on February 4, 2013 and titled "Tomo no koto, Suki? (Do you like Tomo?)". It was cancelled because the preview image featured an underage child holding Kasai's breasts, which was considered as child pornography
- She announced that she is getting married through a YouTube video on July 2, 2021. Her husband is actor Koyama Keita. Her wedding ceremony happened sometime before December 28, 2021 as she announced on her Instagram.
- On February 17, 2022, she announced her first pregnancy on her YouTube channel. She announced the birth of her daughter on June 12th, 2022.
