Zenkoku Ohisama-ka Keikaku 2021 (全国おひさま化計画 2021) was Hinatazaka46's third concert tour (first as Hinatazaka46). It was held from September 15th to October 20th, 2021.

Set Lists
There were three set lists performed at the concerts on a rotating basis: Set List A, Set List B, and Set List C. The set lists were all identical, except for the 8th, 10th, and 11th songs.
At some concerts the songs were re-ordered so that the 10th and 11th songs became the 11th and 12th songs, respectively. The final two songs before encore, JOYFUL LOVE and Tteka, also switched order depending on the set list.
Short dance breaks, stage prop transitions, and/or costume changes occurred between all songs.

Trivia
- This was the first tour held since Hiragana Keyakizaka46 became Hinatazaka46, as therefore serves as Hinatazaka46's first tour.
- Day 1 of the Hiroshima concert was the first live performance of Nandodemo Nandodemo and Tteka.
- Day 1 of the Fukuoka concert was the first live performance of Akubi Letter.
- Day 2 of the Fukuoka concert also served as a birthday performance for Takahashi Mikuni.
- At all concert locations, members promoted a local food of the region via their blogs and mobile mail. Additionally, the Hinatazaka46 mascot character Poka was drawn eating the promoted food on concert merchandise and signage. The promoted foods were as follows:
- Hiroshima: Momiji (maple leaf-shaped) manju. Poka was drawn eating a momiji manju. Deep-fried momiji manju were provided backstage for the members to eat before the concert.
- Fukuoka: Mentaiko (spiced cod roe). Poka was drawn wearing a mentaiko costume.
- Osaka: Takoyaki. Poka was drawn wearing a takoyaki-shaped hat.
- Miyagi: Zunda (sweetened coarse edamame bean paste). Poka was drawn covered in zunda.
- Tokyo: Sushi. Poka was drawn lying down with a piece of raw tuna on its back to mimic nigiri sushi (making Poka the "rice").
- Nagoya: Ogura (red bean paste) toast. Poka was drawn lying on a piece of toast, covered in ogura paste and butter.
