2019
- On February 11th, it was announced that Hiragana Keyakizaka46 would become a new independent group, Hinatazaka46. Nao would therefore become part of Hinatazaka46's 2nd Generation.
- On March 27th, was selected as center for Hinatazaka46's debut single, Kyun. She would continue on in the center role for all single A-sides until Kimi Shika Katan in May 2021.
- On March 30th, appeared as a model at the "Mynavi presents 28th Tokyo Girls Collection 2019 SPRING/SUMMER".
- On May 18th, appeared as a model at the "Rakuten Girls Award 2019 SPRING/SUMMER".
- On September 7th, appeared as a model at the "Mynavi presents 29th Tokyo Girls Collection 2019 FALL/WINTER".
- On November 6th, starred in Thinking Dogs' music video "Spiral".
- On November 15th, starred in the movie "Kyoufu Ningyo" (恐怖人形 Horror Doll).
- On December 23, served as image model for Nishizen's new furisode brand, "Kosaka Nao -Kosaka Nao- Furisode".
2020
- On January 15th, starred as Sada Yuria in the Hinatazaka46 drama series DASADA.
2021
- In April, began a regular radio appearance on the program "Hoshi no Dragon Quest presents Hinatazaka46 Kosaka Nao's 'Kosakana Radio'".
- On June 26th, announced her hiatus from all activities due to poor physical condition.
- On June 29th, released her first photobook, Kimi wa Dare?. The book was printed at 150,000 first edition copies, the highest of any Shueisha or Sakamichi Series photobook.
2022
- On March 4th, returned from her hiatus and resumed activities with Hinatazaka46.
2023
- On October 6th, started her radio program, Quest For The Future.
- In December, appeared in a few commercial clips for Sony Sompo together with Kamimura Hinano.
2024
- On August 22, threw the ceremonial first pitch before the Yokohama DeNA Baystars vs Chunichi Dragons game.
- On September 15, appeared in the Taiga drama, Hikaru Kimi e.
