- Tried for AKB48's 2nd Generation but failed the audition.
2007
- Tried for AKB48's 4th Generation but failed the audition.

2009
- In September, passed the auditions for AKB48's 9th Generation.
- On November 15th, made her theater debut.
2010
- On December 8th, during AKB48's 5th Anniversary Stage, is promoted to Team Unknown.
2011
- On June 6th, the name of Team Unknown is revealed to be Team 4. Mina is appointed captaincy.
- On June 9th, during the 3rd Senbatsu Election, ranked #9 (Undergirls).
- On September 2nd, is removed as captain and goes on a hiatus due to a scandal.
2012
- On January 4th, returned to AKB48 and is re-appointed captain of Team 4.
- On August 24th, during the Tokyo Dome Team Shuffle, is moved to Umeda Team B.
- On November 1st, started activities as a member of Team B.
2013
- On April 28th, during the AKB48 Group Rinji Soukai, a concurrent position with SKE48's Team KII is announced.

2014
- On February 24th, during the AKB48 Group Daisokaku Matsuri, concurrent position was removed and Mina was fully moved to SKE48's Team KII. She was also made co-captain.
- On May 21st, is part of her first management chosen AKB48 senbatsu for Labrador Retriever.
2015
- On March 30th, became leader of Team KII due to Furukawa Airi's graduation.
2018
- On June 16th, during the 10th Senbatsu Election, made it into Senbatsu by placing #8.
- On September 19th, was member of the senbatsu for Sentimental Train.
2019
- On August 2nd, released her first photobook, Hontou no Imi de Otona ni naru Toiukoto.
- On August 8th, a re-print of the photobook was announced due to demand.
- On August 23rd, Oricon News announced that her photobook sold over 10,000 copies still ranked in the top 10 in its third week after release.
- On September 5th, appeared on Tokai TV's "Aichi Teru" (あいちテル).
- From October 12th to November 14th, appeared in the stage play "Haken Anime!" (ハケンアニメ!).
- On October 11th, was added as a character to the Chinese-exclusive mobile game AKB48 Cherry Bay Blaze.
