Hinatazaka46 (日向坂46) is a Japanese Idol Group and the 3rd group of the Sakamichi Series. They were formerly known as Hiragana Keyakizaka46, a sub-group within Keyakizaka46, until they became an independent group on February 11, 2019.

2015
- November 30 - It was announced on Keyakitte, Kakenai? that auditions for a group within Keyakizaka46, called Hiragana Keyakizaka46 (けやき坂46), would begin.
- Nagahama Neru was to become the first member of this sub-group, while maintaining a concurrency with Kanji Keyakizaka46.
2016
- May 8 - The eleven candidates that successfully passed the "Hiragana Keyakizaka46 Auditions" were announced on SHOWROOM.
- Those candidates would become Hiragana Keyakizaka46 1st Generation: Iguchi Mao, Ushio Sarina, Kakizaki Memi, Kageyama Yuka, Kato Shiho, Saito Kyoko, Sasaki Kumi, Sasaki Mirei, Takase Mana, Takamoto Ayaka, and Higashimura Mei.
- December 24 & 25 - The group participates in Keyakizaka46 One Man Live with Kanji Keyakizaka46.
2017
March
- 21 & 22 - The Hiragana Keyakizaka46 Zepp Tokyo Stage is held. During the performance, it was announced that the group will go on a tour of Zepp Venues around Japan, titled the Hiragana National Tour 2017.
April
- 6 - The group participates in Keyakizaka46 1st Anniversary Live with Kanji Keyakizaka46.
- There, it was announced that auditions for Hiragana Keyakizaka46 2nd Generation will begin.
May
- 31 - The Hiragana National Tour 2017 tour begins in Osaka. The tour would continue until December 13th, where it would conclude at Makuhari Messe.
July
- 18 - KEYABINGO!3 begins airing, with the Hiragana members featured alongside the Kanji Keyakizaka46 members. The show would continue airing until September 26th.
- 22 & 23 - The group participates in Keyaki Republic 2017 with Kanji Keyakizaka46.
August
- 2 - 30 - The group participates in the Keyakizaka46 National Tour 2017 "Masshirona Mono wa Yogoshitaku Naru" with Kanji Keyakizaka46.
- 15 - The nine successful candidates that passed the Hiragana Keyakizaka46 2nd Generation auditions are announced.
- These candidates were: Kanemura Miku, Kawata Hina, Kosaka Nao, Tomita Suzuka, Nibu Akari, Hamagishi Hiyori, Matsuda Konoka, Miyata Manamo, and Watanabe Miho.
September
- 25 - Nagahama Neru's concurrency with Hiragana Keyakizaka46 is cancelled, and she become a full member of Kanji Keyakizaka46.
October
- 13 - The group's first drama, Re:Mind is released on Netflix.
- 20 - Re:Mind begins its television broadcast on TV Tokyo.
2018
January
- 30 - The Hiragana Keyaki Nippon Budoukan 3DAYS!! Concert begins, continuing for three days until February 1st.
March
- 10 - The Sakamichi Joint New Member Recruitment Audition is announced, recruiting members for both Kanji and Hiragana Keyakizaka46.
April
- 8 - Hiragana Oshi, the group's first independent variety program, begins.
- 16 - KEYABINGO!3 begins airing, this time solely focusing on the Hiragana members.
- 20 - AYUMI, the group's first stage play, begins. Performances are held until May 6th.
June
- 1 - Kageyama Yuka goes on hiatus due to academic priorities.
- 3 - Sasaki Kumi is appointed as captain of the group during an "Emergency" SHOWROOM.
- 4 - The Hiragana Keyakizaka46 "Hashiridasu Shunkan" Tour 2018 begins in Kanagawa. The tour would continue until July 10th, where it would conclude at Makuhari Messe.
- 20 - Hashiridasu Shunkan, Hiragana Keyakizaka46's first album, is released.
July
- 20 - 22 - The group participates in Keyaki Republic 2018 with Kanji Keyakizaka46.
August
- 3 - The group performs at Tokyo Idol Festival 2018 for the first time.
November
- 16 - 25 - Kosaka Nao, Saito Kyoko, Kakizaki Memi, and Kato Shiho participate in the Sakamichi Series joint project, stage play Zambi.
- 29 - The applicants who passed the Sakamichi Joint New Member Recruitment Audition are announced, with 1 member assigned as a Hiragana Keyakizaka46 3rd Generation member.
- This member was Kamimura Hinano.
December
- 10 - The group wins the "Best New Asian Artist Japan" award at the "Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA)" in South Korea.
- At the event, they also perform Kitai Shitenai Jibun.
- 11 - 13 - Hiragana Christmas 2018 is held at the Nippon Budoukan.

February
- 7 - 17 - Matsuda Konoka, Ushio Sarina, and Sasaki Kumi participate in the second iteration of the Zambi project, stage play Zambi - Theater's End.
- 11 - Hiragana Keyakizaka46 becomes it's own independent group, Hinatazaka46.
March
- 1 - In a showroom, the members revealed the official name for Hinatazaka46 fans, "Ohisama".
- 5 & 6 - Hinatazaka46 Debut Countdown Live is held at the Yokohama Arena.
- 23 - The group performs at LAGUNA MUSIC FES.2019.
- 27 - Kyun, Hinatazaka46's first single, is released.
April
- 7 - Hiragana Oshi is renewed as Hinatazaka de Aimashou, becoming the group's first variety show as Hinatazaka46.
- 15 - HINABINGO!, Hinatazaka46's second variety show, begins airing on NTV until September 24th.
June
- 21 - Hamagishi Hiyori announces her hiatus from all Hinatazaka46 activities due to poor physical condition.
July

- 17 & 18 - Hinakuri 2019 ~17nin no Santa Claus to Sora no Christmas~ is held at Makuhari Messe.
- 30 - The group performs Doremisolasido at the 61st Japan Record Awards.
- 31 - The group performs Kyun at the 70th NHK Kouhaku Uta Gassen, marking their 1st appearance on the program.
- The group also joined in Nogizaka46's performance of Synchronicity.
2020
January
- 15 - DASADA, Hinatazaka46's first drama, begins airing on NTV and Hulu.
February
- 4 & 5 - Hinatazaka46 x DASADA LIVE&FASHION SHOW is held at the Yokohama Arena.
- 16 - Three Sakamichi Kenshusei trainees are assigned to Hinatazaka46.
- These trainees were: Takahashi Mikuni, Morimoto Marie, and Yamaguchi Haruyo.
- 19 - Sonna Koto Nai yo, Hinatazaka46's fourth single, is released.
- Hamagishi Hiyori resumed her activities from the release of the single.
March
- 2 - Iguchi Mao graduates from the group.
- 14 - The program Hinatazaka46 desu. Chotto Ii Desu Ka? begins airing on HikariTV and dTV.
April
- 5 - Hinatazaka46's regular group radio program Hinatazaka no "Hi" begins airing.
July
- 31 - HINATAZAKA46 Live Online, YES! with YOU! ~"22nin" no Ongakutai to Fuugawarina~ is held online.
- The concert reproduced the cancelled Hinatazaka46 National Spring Arena Tour 2020, using the set list, the special stage, and the production details.
- Kageyama Yuka performed in concert again for the first time since 2018.

- 9 - 11 - W-KEYAKI FES. 2021 is held at the Fuji-Q Highland Conifer Forest, marking the group's first concert with Sakurazaka46 (formerly Kanji Keyakizaka46) since 2018. The concert takes place at the same location as previous Keyaki Republic concerts, where both groups performed together twice before.
- The concert marked the return of Sasaki Mirei from her hiatus.

- 18 - Takeuchi Kirari went on hiatus due to being bitten by a dog while filming for Hinatazaka ni Narimashou. She returned on August 10th.

- 30 - 31 - Started the 2023 Hinatazaka46 Happy Train Tour 2023 with performances at Osaka-Jo Hall for their Osaka leg of the tour.

- 9 - It was announced that Hinakoi presents Hinatazaka46 Matsuda Konoka no Hinatazaka Koukou Housoubu will be discontinuing after September 2023 and Matsuda Konoka will host a new radio program, Hinatazaka46 Matsuda Konoka All Night Nippon 0, once a month on the last Saturday from October 2023.

- 9 - Ushio Sarina had her graduation ceremony on the first day of Additional Performance of Hinatazaka46 Happy Train Tour 2023.
- 24 - The bluray containing Hiragana Christmas 2018, Hinakuri 2019 ~17nin no Santa Claus to Sora no Christmas~, Hinakuri 2020 ~Obake Hotel to 22nin no Santa Claus~, Hinakuri 2021 and Hinakuri 2022 was released.
- 30 - Nibu Akari announced on her blog that she has returned from hiatus, which she was on since August.

January
- 3 - Hinatazaka46 Takkyuu No. 1 Senshuken Dantaisen, a team tournament between all members split into 8 teams, was aired on BS TV Tokyo.
- 11 - Saito Kyoko announced her graduation on her blog.
- 23 - Triangle magazine 02 featuring Kosaka Nao, Kanemura Miku & Shogenji Yoko was rekeased.
February
- 14 - After you!, a single by Saito Kyoko as part of the Kyoccorohee duo, was released.
- 16 - 24 - As part of the Japanese Table Tennis Team support ambassadors, Sasaki Mirei, Sasaki Kumi and Matsuda Konoka reported on the World Team Table Tennis Championships from Busan, South Korea.
March
- 1 - "WE R!", an exhibition held in Roppongi Museum, opened its doors. The exhibition ran until 19th May.
- 3 - Held the event "Daisuki Hinatazaka46! Hina Matsuri SP!!", a 2 hour variety and mini-live program, that was also livestreamed on Lemino.
- 5 - Takamoto Ayaka announced her graduation on her blog.
- 9 - Performed Unibaru! 2024 at Universal Studios Japan.
- 12 - "WE R! in Tokyo Skytree", an exhibition held in Tokyo Skytree and in collaboration with the Roppongi Museum ehibition, opened its doors. The exhibition ran until 12th June.
- 19 - H46MODE vol.1, a group photobook to celebrate Hinatazaka46's 5th year anniversary was released.
