Members
- January 19: The SNH48 Group Grand Shuffle 2019 is held. Team FT, SHY48, and CKG48 are disbanded. Creation of online-based group IDOLS Ft is announced.
- Chen JunYu is transferred to Team SII.
- Lu TianHui, Wang ShiMeng, and Zhao JiaRui are transferred to Team NII.
- Guo Shuang, Hao JingYi, and Lin ShuQing are transferred to Team HII.
- Liu JingHan, Ran Wei, and Wang FeiYan are transferred to Team X. Zhang QiongYu has a concurrent position in Team X.
- Cheng Ge, Li YuXuan, Zhao TianYang, and Zhang YuHan are transferred to Team B.
- Wang JiaYu, Wang YuLan, Zhang AiJing, and Zang Cong are transferred to Team E.
- Bai XinYu, Han JiaLe, Tang Lin, and Zheng JieLi are transferred to Team J.
- Li ShanShan, Xu ChuWen, and Xu HuiLing are transferred to Team G.

- September 14: Chen YuZi, Jiang Xin, Liu LiQian, and Pan LuYao join SNH48 as 12th generation members.
- September 15: Wu SiQi joins GNZ48 as a 7th generation trainee.
- September 28: Chen YiShan, Zeng Jie, and Zhang ZhiJie join BEJ48 as 7th generation members.
