- She has liked computers since she was in middle school, and spent her time in many online games and chat forums.
- Because of this she became a very fast typer. She still plays the online typing game Sushi Da every night when she has the chance.
- She likes staying indoors.
- She is bad with horror, and with mosquitoes that fly near the ears.
- If she could have a superpower, she would want to fly.
- Muto Orin once said that Mion reminded her of the Pokémon Smoochum. After that Mion began to receive Smoochum goods from fans.
- She was the first member in 15th Generation to rank Senbatsu in the Senbatsu Sousenkyo.
- She runs a YouTube channel with Murayama Yuiri, Okada Nana, and Mogi Shinobu called "YuuNaMogiOn Channel".
- Yokoyama Yui chose her as the third General Manager of AKB48.

2013
- On January 19th, joined AKB48 as a member of the 15th Generation.
- On April 30th, had her theater debut as a backdancer for a Team K Waiting Stage.
- On June 5th, was one of the Kenkyuusei chosen for the AKB48 Group Kenkyuusei Concert.
- On June 9th, had her official theater debut at the Pajama Drive stage.
2014
- On February 24th, during the AKB48 Group Daisokaku Matsuri, was moved to Minegishi Team 4.
- On April 24th, had her theater debut as a member of Team 4 with Idol no Yoake.
- On November 26th, was chosen for her first senbatsu for AKB48's 38th single Kibouteki Refrain.
2015
- From January 19th to March 30th, was a cast member of Majisuka Gakuen 4.
- On March 25th, it was announced that Mukaichi would join a new unit called "Dendenmu Chu!."
- On March 26th, at the AKB48 Spring Concert, was moved to Minegishi Team K.
- On June 6th, during the 7th Senbatsu Election, ranked in for the first time at #44. This made her the first member of her generation to rank in the election.
- From August 25th to October 27th, was a cast member of Majisuka Gakuen 5.
- On December 16th, appeared in the AKB48 Group drama AKB Horror Night Adrenaline no Yoru.
2016
- On June 6th, received her first A-side center position for AKB48's 44th single "Tsubasa wa Iranai."
- On June 18th, for the 8th Senbatsu Election, ranked at #13 and made Sousenkyo Senbatsu for the first time.
2017
- On January 17th, had her first solo concert "Oogoe de Ima Tsutae Tai Koto ga Aru."
- Between January 22nd and July 2nd, appeared in the drama "Tofu Pro Wrestling" as Strawberry Mukaichi (later changed to Blackberry Mukaichi).
- On August 29th, participated in the live wrestling event The Real 2017 WIP Climax as Blackberry Mukaichi and won her fight.
- On September 5th, her agency change to Mama & Son was announced; a daughter company of Production Ogi.
- On December 8th, during the AKB48 12th Anniversary Shuffle, was moved to Okabe Team A.
2018
- On February 23rd, participated in the live wrestling event The Real 2018 WIP QUEENDOM as Strawberry Mukaichi alongside Sax Furuhata, MAX Nakai and Professor Takita against Mad Dog Miyazaki, Hidariue Seichan, Ottamaga Ma and Katsuo Hirose. Mukaichi's team won.
- On March 10th, won first place in the AKB48 Center Examination (meaning that she had most knowledge about the 48 Group among all currently active members).
- On May 30th, became center for Kimi wa Boku no Kaze for winning the Center Examination.
- On December 8th, Yokoyama Yui appointed her as the future General Manager of the AKB48 Group.
2019
- On April 1st, officially became the third General Manager (Soukantoku) of the AKB48 Group, taking over from Yokoyama Yui.
2020
- On February 2nd, appeared at the Japan Expo 2020 in Thailand.
2021
- In the January issue of the magazine BIG ONE GIRLS, was featured in an interview alongside the AKB48 captains (Okabe Rin, Komiyama Haruka, Iwatate Saho, Murayama Yuiri).
- On July 20, appeared in the special AKBINGO NEO episode 2 for ranking 12th place in the AKB48 no Dobboun! Hitori Jime app event.
- On December 8th, at the AKB48 16th Anniversary Team Shuffle, was announced as the new captain of Team A (Mukaichi Team A).
2022
- On January 31st, appeared in the BUBKA magazine alongside Asai Nanami, Omori Miyuu, Kubo Satone, Kuranoo Narumi, Taguchi Manaka and Hama Sayuna.
