2021

- On April 29th, IZONE officially disbanded and Hitomi, Miyawaki Sakura and Yabuki Nako returned to Japan. Upon returning, they were all still signed to the agency Vernalossom, which handled IZONE's activities and promotions in Japan.

- From January 11th, appeared in the drama "Patisserie MON" (パティスリーMON), based on the manga of the same name.
- On January 25th, released her first photobook called "Asu no Mukougawa."
- On January 26th, held her graduation concert, "Honda Hitomi Graduation Concert ~Yume to Kibou ni Michita Michi~."
- At the concert, announced she would be going on hiatus for a few months after graduation.
- On January 28th, had her final performance at the AKB48 theater and with that, her final activity as a member of the group.
- On May 1st, it was announced she left the agency Mama&Son.
- On September 14th, was revealed as the seventh and final member of the girl group Say My Name.
- On October 16th, released her first single as a member of Say My Name.
