Information
The Tokyo Idol Festival is an annual event held in Tokyo, hosting different idol groups. The event was held in 2020 on the weekend from October 2nd to 4th. Various idol groups performed at the same time on different stages set up for the event. The host this year was Sashihara Rino.

Trivia
- Due to Murashige Anna's infection with COVID-19, HKT48's performance was cancelled. Instead, a former live performance was played. Unjo Hirona recorded a video message, which was played before the performance video.
- For STU48's Day 3 performance, all currently active members appeared except for Okada Nana, who performed as part of AKB48.
- First live performance for the full complement of 16 members in Nogizaka46 4th Generation: the original 11 from 2018 plus the 5 assigned in 2020.
- This was IZ*ONE's first and last time performing at Tokyo Idol Festival.
- Their performance wasn't announced until October 6, and then released on October 7 at 10am JST. The performance was then added to the official timetable for Day 1 at 11:45-11:55.
- Their performance was recorded remotely from Korea. While all performances were performed without a live audience, they were live from the TIF stages, whereas IZ*ONE's performance was remote and pre-recorded.
